Adding external reviews to BookLive helps you:

Supported Review Sources #
BookLive supports reviews from:
- Google – Google My Business reviews
- Yelp – Yelp business reviews
- The Knot – Wedding vendor reviews
- WeddingWire – Wedding vendor reviews
- Facebook – Facebook page reviews
- Other – Any other review source
Adding an External Review #
To add an external review:
- Open the performance record
- Go to the Review tab
- Click Add Review
- Select the Source (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Enter the review details
- Save the review
Review Information to Capture #
When adding a review, you can record:
Basic Information #
- Source – Where the review came from
- Rating – Star rating (1-5)
- Title – Review headline if available
- Body – Full review text
Reviewer Details #
- Name – Reviewer’s name
- Relation – Their relationship to the event (bride, groom, planner, etc.)
- Reviewer URL – Link to their profile if available
Metadata #
- Received At – When the review was posted
- Permission to Publish – Whether you can display it publicly
Linking to Performances #
Each external review is linked to a specific performance. This helps you:
- Track which events generate reviews
- Identify your best-reviewed performances
- Follow up appropriately with reviewers

- Add reviews promptly – Capture details while fresh
