Billing History and Receipts in BookLive

If you’re on the BookLive Pro plan, you can view your billing history and download receipts at any time through the Fulltime Music Academy customer dashboard — the same place where your BookLive subscription is managed. This article explains how to access your billing records and what to expect when charges appear.

Before You Begin #

  • You must have an active or past BookLive Pro subscription to have billing history.
  • Free plan users are not charged and will not have billing records.
  • Stripe automatically sends email receipts to your account email address each time a charge is processed — check your inbox (and spam folder) if you’re looking for a specific receipt.

Step 1: Go to Your Account Settings #

  1. Log in to BookLive at booklive.com/login.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or the grey avatar icon.
  3. Click Settings from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click the Subscription tab.

Your current plan and monthly booking count are displayed here. To access billing history and receipts, you’ll need to continue to the next step.

Step 2: Open the Billing Dashboard #

  1. On the Subscription tab, click the Update Subscription button.
  2. This opens the Fulltime Music Academy customer dashboard in a new tab at fulltimemusicacademy.com/customers/dashboard.
  3. Log in with the email address associated with your BookLive account if prompted.

The customer dashboard is powered by Stripe and is where your BookLive Pro subscription is billed and managed.

Step 3: View Billing History and Download Receipts #

  1. Once inside the customer dashboard, locate the Billing History or Invoice History section.
  2. You’ll see a list of all past charges, including the date, amount, and payment status for each billing cycle.
  3. Click the Download or Invoice link next to any charge to download a PDF receipt.

Each receipt includes the charge date, amount, subscription plan name, and the last four digits of the card charged. These are suitable for expense reporting and bookkeeping purposes.

Tips & Notes #

  • Stripe email receipts: Every time a successful charge is processed, Stripe sends an automatic receipt to your account email address. If you can’t find it, check your spam or promotions folder and search for “receipt” from Stripe.
  • Failed payments: If a charge fails, you’ll also receive an email notification from Stripe. Update your payment method in the customer dashboard to avoid a lapse in Pro access. See Upgrading or Downgrading Your BookLive Subscription for details.
  • Charge description: Charges for BookLive Pro may appear on your bank or credit card statement under Fulltime Music Academy or Stripe.
  • Annual vs. monthly billing: Depending on your subscription type, you may be billed monthly or annually. Your billing history will reflect the cadence that was selected when you subscribed.
