Permissions Explained #

BookLive requests permission to:

  • See and edit your calendars – Required to create and update performance events
  • View your email address – Required for account identification

BookLive only accesses the calendar to manage performance events. We do not read or modify your other calendar events.

After Connecting #

Once connected, you can configure sync settings:

  • Enable auto-sync – Automatically sync new performances
  • Set setup time – Add buffer time before events
  • Configure starting address – For travel time calculations

Which Calendar is Used? #

BookLive syncs to your primary Google Calendar. If you have multiple calendars, events will appear on your main calendar.

Multiple Google Accounts #

If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure to select the correct one during the connection process. You can only connect one Google account at a time.

To switch accounts, disconnect the current calendar first, then reconnect with a different account.

If you have trouble connecting:

  • Pop-up blocked – Allow pop-ups for BookLive in your browser
  • Wrong account – Sign out of Google first, then reconnect
  • Permissions denied – Try connecting again and click Allow
