Embedding BookLive Widgets on Your Website

BookLive’s Website Widgets let you embed live, auto-updating content from your BookLive account directly onto any website — whether that’s your personal performer site, a band website, or a third-party page builder. With three embeddable tools available, you can show off your upcoming schedule, capture new client inquiries, and funnel visitors straight into your booking flow without any manual updates.

To access your widgets, log in at https://booklive.com/login, select your group, and navigate to MarketingWebsite Widgets in the left sidebar.

Schedule Widget #

The Schedule Widget embeds an iframe on your website that automatically displays your upcoming performances pulled directly from your BookLive performance list. Whenever you add a new event in BookLive, it appears on your website without any additional work on your end.

What it shows: All performances in your performance list are displayed. Private events appear as “Private Event at [Venue Name]” to protect client confidentiality while still keeping your calendar looking active and in-demand.

How to Add the Schedule Widget #

  1. Go to MarketingWebsite Widgets.
  2. Under Schedule Widget, click Copy to Clipboard to copy the embed code.
  3. Paste the code into the HTML editor of your website wherever you want the schedule to appear.

The widget renders as a full-width iframe at 500px tall. You can adjust the width and height attributes in the code to fit your site’s layout if needed.

Lead Capture Form #

The Lead Capture Form widget embeds your BookLive inquiry form directly into your website. When a visitor fills it out, their inquiry is routed into your BookLive account as a new lead — and any automated workflows you’ve set up (such as auto-reply emails or follow-up sequences) will trigger automatically.

This is one of the most effective ways to turn website traffic into booked gigs: visitors inquire without ever leaving your page, and BookLive handles the follow-up.

How to Add the Lead Capture Form #

  1. Go to MarketingWebsite Widgets.
  2. Under Lead Capture Form, click Copy to Clipboard.
  3. Paste the code into the HTML editor of your website where you want the form to appear.

The form uses an auto-resizing iframe so it adjusts to fit its content. It works on virtually any website platform that supports custom HTML, including WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, and Webflow.

Booking Funnel Link #

The Booking Funnel Link is a direct URL that sends clients straight into your BookLive Booking Funnel — where they can check your availability, view pricing, and start the booking process. Unlike the widgets above, this is a plain link rather than an embed, so you can use it anywhere: in email signatures, on social media bios, in Gig Vault outreach messages, or as a button on your website.

How to Use the Booking Funnel Link #

  1. Go to MarketingWebsite Widgets.
  2. Under Booking Funnel Link, click Copy to Clipboard.
  3. Paste the link wherever you want to send potential clients — a button on your site, your email footer, Instagram bio, etc.

Tips & Notes #

  • Your Booking Funnel must be active for the Booking Funnel Link to work correctly. If you haven’t set up your funnel yet, go to MarketingBooking Funnel first.
  • The Schedule Widget and Lead Capture Form both pull live data from your BookLive account — there’s nothing to update manually when your schedule changes.
  • If you’re using the Lead Capture Form, make sure your workflows are set up to respond to new leads automatically. See Getting Started with Automated Workflows for more.
  • All three tools work on any website platform that supports HTML embeds or custom links — you don’t need to be using the BookLive-hosted Performing Site.
