A VSV Funnel is an automated lead generation and conversion system consisting of three connected pages:

- Calendar Booking Page: Allows qualified leads to schedule consultation calls
When a prospect enters their information, the funnel automatically creates a client record, sends them to your video, and can even generate a proposal and enroll them in an email workflow.

How the Funnel Works #
Step 1: Lead Capture #
A prospect visits your lead capture page (typically from an ad, social media, or your website). They enter:
- First and last name
- Email address

- Event date
- Venue (optional, with Google Places integration)
Step 2: Video Showcase #
After submitting their information, the prospect is taken to your video sales page where they can:
- Watch your showcase video
- See client reviews and testimonials

- View a personalized proposal (if configured)
Step 3: Book a Call #
Below your video, prospects can book a consultation call using your embedded calendar (Calendly, Acuity, etc.). When they book, the funnel tracks the conversion.
Behind the Scenes #
When a lead submits their information, BookLive automatically:
- Creates a new client record with all their details
- Creates an inquiry linked to the client
- Notifies group leaders about the new lead
- Creates a proposal with your selected products (if configured)
- Enrolls the client in your chosen workflow (if configured)

Accessing the Funnel Setup #
To set up your Virtual Showcase Video Funnel:
- Navigate to your group page
- Click the Marketing tab
- Select Funnel Setup
The setup wizard will guide you through configuring each component of your funnel.

Once configured, your funnel has three public URLs:

Share the Lead Page URL in your marketing – it is the entry point to your funnel.
