1. Log into Your WordPress Dashboard #
- Open your web browser and go to your site’s URL.
- Add
/wp-admin
to the end of the URL. - Enter your username and password.
- Click the “Log In” button to access your WordPress dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Pages Section #
- On the left-hand side menu, click on “Pages.”
- Select “All Pages” from the submenu.
- Identify the page where you want to edit the text. For example, the “Corporate Event Entertainment” page.
3. Edit the Page with Elementor #
- Hover over the desired page and click “Edit with Elementor.”
- Wait for the Elementor page builder to load. This may take up to 30 seconds.
4. Locate the Text to Edit #
- Once Elementor loads, you will see a preview of your website on the right and the editor on the left.
- Click on the text you want to edit. For example, if you’re changing a corporate events page to a birthday parties page, click on the text that says “Corporate Event.”
5. Edit the Text #
- After clicking on the text, it becomes editable. Highlight the text and change it as needed. For example, change “Corporate Event” to “Birthday Party.”
- You can also edit text using the left-hand editor. For instance, if you want to change “Birthday Party” back to “Corporate Event,” you can do so in the left-hand editor, and it will update in real-time.
6. Style the Text #
- To style the text, click on the “Style” tab on the left-hand editor.
- Here, you can change the text alignment, color, typography (font, size, boldness), and other effects like stroke, shadow, and color blend.
- Adjust the settings as desired. For example, you can change the text color to red or adjust the font size.
7. Edit Button Text #
- If you need to edit the text of a button, click on the pencil icon in the pink box that appears when you hover over the button.
- Edit the button text in the left-hand editor, as buttons function slightly differently from standard text boxes.
8. Save Your Changes #
- After making all your edits, click the pink “Update” button at the bottom of the left-hand editor.
- Wait for the button to stop spinning and turn black, indicating that your changes have been saved.
