1. Log into Your BookLive Dashboard #
- Open your web browser and go to BookLive Login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click the “Log In” button to access your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Gig #
- Locate the gig you want to mark as booked. For this example, we’ll use a gig titled “Fake Gig.”
- Open the performance dashboard for the selected gig.
3. Mark the Gig as Booked Manually #
- Next to the name of the gig, you will see a stoplight-style indicator that is red, yellow, or green, depending on the status of the gig.
- Changing the Status:
- Click on the red indicator.
- A prompt will appear asking, “Are you sure you want to mark this gig as booked without a contract?” Click “OK” to confirm.
- The red indicator will change to green, marking the gig as booked.
- Adjusting the Status:
- Click the green indicator to turn it yellow, indicating the gig is not fully confirmed or has issues that need addressing.
- Click it again to turn it back to red, indicating the gig is not booked.

- Using Contracts:
- Navigate to the “Contract” tab within the performance dashboard.
- Write and send a contract to your client through BookLive.
- Once the client signs the contract, the status indicator will automatically turn green, marking the gig as booked.
