If you have created a contract outside of BookLive and need to upload a PDF of the fully executed contract, you can easily do so. Uploading the contract to BookLive will mark the gig as booked and indicate to administrators that the gig has a fully executed contract.

1. Log into Your BookLive Dashboard #
- Open your web browser and go to BookLive Login.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click the “Log In” button to access your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Performance #
- Locate the gig for which you want to upload a PDF contract.
- Open the performance dashboard for the selected gig.
- Go to the “Contract” tab.
3. Upload the PDF Contract #
- In the “Contract” tab, find the button labeled “Upload Contract.”
- Click the “Upload Contract” button.
- A dialog box will appear asking you to choose a file.
- Click “Choose File” to navigate to the location where the PDF of your fully executed contract is stored (e.g., Downloads folder).
- Select the PDF file and click “Open.”
- Click the “Add” button to upload the PDF to BookLive.
