Adding a Video #
- Navigate to your group dashboard
- Click Settings or go to your Media Library
- Find the Videos section
- Click Add Video
- Choose the platform (YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook)
- Paste the video URL or ID
- Add an optional title (recommended)
- Click Save
Finding Your Video URL #
For YouTube #
- Go to the YouTube video
- Click Share below the video
- Copy the link (e.g., youtu.be/abc123 or youtube.com/watch?v=abc123)
- Paste into BookLive
For Vimeo #
- Go to the Vimeo video
- Copy the URL from your browser address bar
- Paste into BookLive
For Facebook #
- Go to the Facebook video post
- Click the timestamp to open the video page
- Copy the full URL
- Paste into BookLive
Editing Video Titles #
To change a video title:
- Find the video in your Media Library
- Click the Edit icon or title field
- Type the new title
- Save your changes
Tip: Use descriptive titles like “Wedding Ceremony at The Grand Ballroom” rather than “Video 1”
Reordering Videos #
Arrange videos in your preferred order:
- Go to your Media Library or Videos section
- Click and drag videos to reorder them
- The first video appears most prominently
- Order is saved automatically
Tip: Put your best, most impressive video first!
Deleting Videos #
To remove a video:
- Find the video in your Media Library
- Click the Delete or trash icon
- Confirm the deletion
The video is removed from your profile but not from the original platform (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.).

- Update regularly with fresh content

Troubleshooting #
Video will not add #
- Ensure the video is public (not private or unlisted on some platforms)
- Check that you copied the correct URL format
- Try the full URL, not shortened links
Video shows error #
- The original video may have been deleted
- Privacy settings may have changed on the source platform
- Remove and re-add with updated URL
