Your client list is the central hub for managing everyone you’ve ever worked with or pitched to. As your roster grows, being able to quickly find the right contact — or zero in on a specific group of leads — saves real time. BookLive’s Clients page includes a live search bar, multiple filter dropdowns, and sortable columns so you can cut through the noise and see exactly who you need.
Opening Your Client List #
- Go to https://booklive.com/login and sign in to your account.
- In the left sidebar, click Clients.
The Clients page loads with a paginated table showing all clients associated with your account. Each row displays the client’s Name, Source, Funnel Stage, and Created date.
Searching by Name, Email, Phone, or Company #
The Search field is in the upper-right corner of the client table. Type any part of a client’s name, email address, phone number, or company name and the list will filter in real time as you type.
- You don’t need to type the full name — partial matches work.
- The search is not case-sensitive.
- To clear the search, delete the text from the field.
Filtering by Lead Source #
The Lead source dropdown lets you view only clients from a specific source — for example, “Wedding Wire,” “Referral,” or any custom source you’ve created.
- Click the Lead source dropdown above the client table.
- Select the lead source you want to filter by.
- The table will update to show only clients tagged with that source.
- To remove the filter, click the X (clear) icon in the dropdown.
Lead sources are created automatically when you add or import clients. To view a breakdown of which sources are driving the most activity, click View Lead Sources at the top of the Clients page.
Filtering by Funnel Source #
If you use BookLive’s booking funnel, you can separate clients who came through a funnel from those you added manually.
- Click the Funnel source dropdown.
- Choose one of the following options:
- Funnel Leads — shows only clients who entered your list through a BookLive booking funnel.
- Non-Funnel Leads — shows only clients added manually or via CSV import.
- To reset, click the X icon in the dropdown.
Filtering by Funnel Stage #
For funnel leads, you can also narrow the list by where a client sits in your funnel pipeline.
- Click the Funnel stage dropdown.
- Select a stage:
- Lead (Opted In) — the client submitted a lead form but has not yet booked a call.
- Appointment Booked — the client has scheduled a consultation or appointment with you.
- To reset, click the X icon in the dropdown.
Funnel stage filters are most useful when following up on unworked leads or preparing for upcoming calls.
Combining Filters #
All four filters — search, lead source, funnel source, and funnel stage — work together. For example, you can search for a name and filter by lead source at the same time to quickly find a specific client within a large segment.
Sorting the Client List #
Click any column header to sort the list by that field:
- Name — alphabetical order
- Source — grouped by how the client was acquired
- Funnel Stage — grouped by pipeline stage
- Created — newest or oldest clients first
Click the same column header again to reverse the sort order.
Tips & Notes #
- The search field searches across name, email, phone, and company — you don’t need to know exactly which field a value is stored in.
- Filters do not persist between sessions. If you navigate away and return, the filters will reset to their defaults.
- The Source column displays a colored chip: a green “Funnel” chip for funnel leads, a blue chip for other named sources, and “Unknown” in grey if no source was recorded.
- To add a new client manually, click the + button in the upper-right corner of the client table. To bring in clients in bulk, use Import CSV.
