Sending Emails from the Partnership Inbox

The Partnership Inbox lets you send and receive emails directly with your partner contacts. Each partnership has a unique email address for professional, threaded communication.

Accessing the Partnership Inbox #

To access a partnership’s inbox:

  1. Go to your Gig Vault
  2. Click on a partnership to open it
  3. Select the Inbox tab

Your Partnership Email Address #

Each partnership has a unique email address in the format:

partner-[unique-id]@partnerships.booklive.com

When you send emails from the partnership inbox, they come from this address. When contacts reply, their responses appear in the inbox automatically.

Composing an Email #

To send an email to your partner contacts:

  1. Click Compose or New Email
  2. Enter recipient email addresses in the To field
  3. Optionally add CC recipients
  4. Enter a Subject line
  5. Write your message in the Body
  6. Attach files if needed (up to 10 files, 25MB each)
  7. Click Send

Email Threading #

Partnership emails support proper threading:

  • Replies from contacts appear in the same conversation thread
  • Email clients recognize the thread and group messages together
  • You can see the full conversation history in one place

Attachments #

You can attach files to your emails:

  • Up to 10 files per email
  • Maximum 25MB per file
  • Common formats supported (PDF, images, documents)

Professional Appearance #

Emails sent from the partnership inbox maintain a professional appearance:

  • No BookLive branding in outbound emails
  • Appears as direct communication from you
  • Maintains your professional relationship

When Contacts Reply #

When a contact replies to your email:

  • The reply appears in your partnership inbox
  • Team members with inbox access are notified
  • The conversation thread is updated

  • Use clear subject lines – Helps organize conversations
  • Keep threads focused – One topic per conversation
  • Respond promptly – Check your inbox regularly
  • Use CC for team visibility – Keep colleagues informed
