Understanding BookLive Integrations Overview

BookLive integrates with several third-party services to help you manage your music business more effectively. This guide provides an overview of available integrations.

Google Calendar #

Keep your personal calendar in sync with your BookLive performances. Features include automatic sync of confirmed performances, setup time and travel time calculations, and event updates when details change. Setup in Settings under Google Calendar tab.

Stripe Payments #

Accept payments from clients directly through BookLive. Features include secure credit card processing, automatic payouts to your bank, invoice payment links, and tip collection. Setup in Settings under Payments section (BookLive Pay for artists, Group Settings for bandleaders).

Google Maps #

Display venue locations and calculate distances. Features include venue location maps, address autocomplete, distance calculations, and travel time estimation. Works automatically, no setup needed.

Real-Time Notifications #

Receive instant updates and chat messages. Powered by Pusher, this includes live chat, instant notifications, and real-time performance updates. Automatic, no setup needed.

SMS and Voice #

Reach artists via text and phone calls. Features include SMS notifications, automated call confirmations, and performance reminders. Managed by BookLive automatically.

User-Configurable vs Automatic #

You can configure: Google Calendar (connect and customize), Stripe (set up payment accounts). Automatic integrations (no setup): Google Maps, real-time notifications, SMS/Voice.

Data Privacy #

All integrations use secure OAuth connections, payment data is PCI-compliant, you can disconnect anytime, and data is not shared without consent.
