Step-by-Step Guide #

1. Open Your Account Settings #

  1. Log into your BookLive dashboard at booklive.com/login.
  2. In the top-right corner of the screen, click your profile picture or the grey avatar icon.
  3. Click Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Update Your Name and Email Address #

  1. In your Settings page, locate the Account Settings section.
  2. Click into the Name field and type your updated name.
  3. Click into the Email field and enter your new email address.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

💡 Note: Your email address is used for login and for all BookLive notifications. If you change it, make sure you have access to the new address before saving.

3. Update Your Profile Photo #

  1. In the Account Settings section, click the camera icon or your existing photo.
  2. Select a photo from your device. Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF, maximum size 5 MB.
  3. BookLive will automatically crop and resize your image to the standard profile photo dimensions.
  4. Once uploaded, your new photo will appear immediately across your account.

💡 Tip: Use a high-quality headshot or performance photo. Your profile photo appears on proposals, contracts, and your public booking profile.

4. Change Your Password #

  1. In your Settings page, locate the Password section.
  2. Enter your Current Password in the first field.
  3. Enter your New Password in the second field.
  4. Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field to verify it matches.
  5. Click Update Password to save.

💡 Note: If you do not know your current password, log out and use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it via email.
