Viewing Your Booking Funnel Analytics in BookLive

The Booking Funnel Analytics page gives you a real-time view of how prospects are moving through your funnel — from the first visit to a booked consultation call. You can also copy your shareable funnel links directly from this page so you can drive traffic to the right step. This article explains how to access Analytics, interpret the metrics, and use the date filters to spot trends.

Before You Begin #

  • You must be a group leader or admin to access Booking Funnel Analytics.
  • Analytics populate as soon as visitors start reaching your funnel. If the page shows zeros, your funnel links haven’t received traffic yet.
  • The Booking Funnel must already be set up. If you haven’t done that yet, see Setting Up Your Booking Funnel in BookLive.

Step 1: Open Booking Funnel Analytics #

  1. Log in at https://booklive.com/login.
  2. In the left sidebar, navigate to Marketing.
  3. Click Booking Funnel.
  4. In the top navigation within the Booking Funnel section, click Analytics (or use the Back to Setup button from Analytics to return to configuration).

The Analytics page is divided into two main sections: Your VSL Funnel Links at the top and Funnel Analytics below.

Step 2: Copy Your Funnel Links #

The top section displays three ready-to-share URLs for different stages of your funnel:

  • Lead Capture Page — The entry point for new prospects. This is the page where visitors enter their name and email to access your video. Post this link on your website, social media profiles, and any ad campaigns.
  • Video Sales Page — The page where prospects watch your video presentation. Sharing this link skips the opt-in step, so use it when the person has already expressed interest.
  • Call Booked Page — A confirmation page that fires after a prospect schedules a call. Paste this URL as the redirect in your Calendly (or other scheduling tool) confirmation settings. BookLive uses visits to this page to count Appointments in your analytics.

To copy any link, click the copy icon on the right side of the URL field. The link is copied to your clipboard instantly.

Step 3: Filter by Date Range #

Analytics always reflect a specific window of time. To change the window:

  1. Click the Date Range dropdown near the top-right of the Analytics section.
  2. Choose a preset: Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days, This Month, or Last Month.
  3. To use a specific date window, select Custom, pick a start and end date, then click Apply.
  4. Click Refresh to reload the numbers with the new range applied.

Step 4: Read the Funnel Flow #

The Funnel Flow panel shows how many people made it through each stage:

  • Visits — The total number of times your Lead Capture Page was loaded during the selected period.
  • Opt-Ins — The number of visitors who submitted their name and email on the Lead Capture Page. The conversion rate (Opt-Ins ÷ Visits) appears below this number. Click the Opt-Ins count to jump to your client list filtered by funnel leads.
  • Appointments — The number of prospects who reached your Call Booked confirmation page. The rate shown below (Appointments ÷ Opt-Ins) tells you how effectively your video and calendar step are converting warm leads. Click the Appointments count to jump to your client list filtered by funnel appointments.

Step 5: Review the Key Metrics #

Below the funnel flow, three summary cards give you a quick performance snapshot:

  • Overall Conversion Rate — Visits divided by Appointments, expressed as a percentage. This is your top-level funnel efficiency number.
  • Opt-In to Appointment Rate — How well your video and calendar step convert email leads into booked calls. A higher rate means your video content is doing its job.
  • Total Leads Generated — The total Opt-In count for the selected period. Use this to track list-growth momentum over time.

Tips & Notes #

  • If all metrics show zero, confirm that your Call Booked Page URL is correctly set as the redirect in your scheduling tool. Without that redirect, appointments won’t be counted.
  • A healthy opt-in rate is typically 20–40%. If yours is lower, consider testing a new headline on your Lead Capture Page.
  • A low Opt-In to Appointment rate often points to a video that isn’t qualifying or warming up leads effectively, or a calendar page that’s hard to use.
  • Analytics data updates in real time — use the Refresh button if you’ve just driven a batch of traffic and want to see current numbers.
