BookLive Wrapped is your annual year-in-review — a full-screen, swipeable recap of how your music business performed over the past year. Think of it as your personal Spotify Wrapped, but for gigs. It surfaces your biggest revenue numbers, busiest month, top venues, and more in a visual, story-style format.
How to Access BookLive Wrapped #
- Log in to BookLive at https://booklive.com/login.
- In your browser, navigate to https://booklive.com/wrapped-2025.
- BookLive will load your personalized year-in-review immediately.
Note: Wrapped is available to both bandleaders (group leaders) and individual artists on the platform. If your account has both roles, you’ll be asked which perspective you want to view first.
Choosing Your Role #
If you use BookLive as both a bandleader and an individual musician, you’ll see a role selector screen when you first open Wrapped. Tap or click the view you want:
- As a Bandleader — shows your group’s overall revenue, performance count, top venues, top clients, MVP musician, and more.
- As an Artist — shows your personal earnings, gigs played, groups you worked with most, acceptance rate, and more.
If you lead multiple groups, you’ll then be asked to select which group you’d like to view stats for.
You can switch between views at any time using the Switch to Artist/Bandleader View button at the bottom of the screen.
Navigating the Slides #
Wrapped displays your stats as a series of colorful, full-screen cards — one stat per slide. To move between slides:
- On mobile: Tap the right side of the screen to advance, or tap the left to go back. You can also swipe left or right.
- On desktop: Use the left (<) and right (>) arrow buttons on either side of the screen, or click the navigation dots at the bottom.
To exit Wrapped and return to your dashboard, click the ✕ button in the top-right corner.
What Bandleaders See #
The Bandleader view walks through the following stats for the year, in order:
- Intro Card — A personalized welcome screen showing your group name.
- Total Revenue — The total amount billed across all booked performances for the year.
- Performance Count — How many booked performances you completed, plus your average gig value.
- Top Venues — Your three most-visited venues, ranked by number of performances.
- Top Clients — Your three highest-revenue clients for the year.
- MVP Artist — The musician on your roster who played the most gigs, plus the total number of unique musicians you hired.
- Busiest Month — The calendar month with the highest number of performances.
- Summary Card — A final overview combining your key stats in one place.
What Artists See #
The Artist view highlights your personal performance year:
- Intro Card — A personalized welcome with your name.
- Total Earnings — Your total musician pay received across all gigs for the year.
- Gigs Played — The number of booked performances you appeared in.
- Top Groups — The three bandleaders/groups you worked with most.
- Top Venues — The three venues where you performed most often.
- Acceptance Rate — How often you accepted performance requests vs. the total number you received.
- Busiest Month — Your most active month of the year.
- Summary Card — A combined overview of your year at a glance.
Tips & Notes #
- Wrapped only reflects booked performances — leads and cancelled gigs are excluded from all stats.
- Revenue figures for bandleaders are based on the standard payment recorded on each performance. Artist earnings are based on pay amounts logged in the Musicians tab.
- If you don’t see data, make sure you have booked performances recorded for the year in BookLive.
- The background gradient changes with each slide — every card has its own color theme.
